Defective, Damaged and Rotten plantsI have been following Fairy Blooms on IG for a few years now and have loved all their rare varieties of succulents. I am building a large succulent garden and decided to buy some of the more rare items from Fairy Blooms. I spent $965 (yes almost $1,000) and I expected high quality service and products, but that is not what I received. I was shipped 6 boxes and only received 5 of the 6 boxes. In addition, every plant was either damaged, severely defective or rotten. I immediately reached out to Fairy Blooms through both email and Instagram with no response over the last 10 days. They've sent me a $20 refund, but have yet to respond to any communication at all. I'm pissed that there has been no communication from the business at all to even address the issues with my purchase. I highly recommend you never purchase anything from Fairy Blooms.
